We want loyal customers for the long haul. If you don’t love a reroot product within 60 days of delivery, send it back for a full refund—no gotchas, no guilt.

What’s covered

All products purchased directly from reroot.

Opened and gently used items are okay—we exist to be used, not just admired on a shelf.

Both refunds and exchanges are available within 60 days of delivery.
How to start a return

Find your order number and the email you used to purchase.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. orders).
Return shipping

U.S. customers: We cover return shipping with a prepaid label.

International customers: Ship it back using your preferred carrier; we’ll refund the product cost when it arrives.
Refunds & exchanges

Refunds go to the original payment method (or store credit for gifts).

Exchanges ship out once your return is received

Please allow 3–5 business days after the return is delivered to process your refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrived damaged or not quite right, email hello@rerootorganics.com with your order number and a quick photo within 7 days—we’ll replace or refund, your call.
A few reasonable exceptions

For bundles/sets, please return all items in the set.
