Ordered from Amazon and the order came melted but on the packaging was a clear sticker that said “contact us if your product has melted in transit for a free replacement”. So I texted the number and the person on the other end immediately helped me get set up to have another one shipped for free. This one came in perfect condition!
I was a little iffy about the trying tallow as every time a “miracle oil” has come out like jojoba or coconut oil people swear it won’t break me out and it always does. This product however has made my skin look better than it has in such a long time. It hydrates without making me greasy and my skin loves it! Will continue ordering from this company in the future!
